Refund policy
Last changed on October 11, 2026
This page says when a payment for a Toonino plan is given back, and how to ask for it. It is part of the terms of use.
The rule
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment, if none of the credits of that payment were used.
Credits are spent when the studio writes, draws, voices or animates something for you. Each of these costs us at once at the AI companies that do the work, which is why a payment whose credits were used is not given back.
What it covers
- The Starter, Pro and Premium plans: the first payment and every renewal, within 14 days of that payment, if no credit of it was spent.
When there is no refund
- When credits of that payment were used, even only some of them.
- More than 14 days after the payment.
- For the rest of the month after you cancel: the plan stays until the end of the month that was paid for.
- Credits that were given for free, for example with an invitation, have no value in money.
Cancelling
You can cancel a plan at any time, from the link in the receipt that Paddle sends you or by writing to us. The plan and its credits stay until the end of the month that was paid for, and there is no further payment.
How to ask
- Write to info@dpdigitalco.com from the email address of your account, with the date of the payment or the number of the invoice. We answer within 3 working days.
- Or ask Paddle directly, at paddle.net. Paddle is the reseller and the merchant of record for the payments of Toonino.
- Paddle returns the money the same way it was paid, usually within a few working days, depending on your bank. The credits of that payment are then taken from the account.
Your rights
This policy does not limit the rights that the law of your country gives you.
